For digital products and immediate software access, performance begins immediately upon purchase; statutory withdrawal rights expire accordingly to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

- Misrepresent the nature of our services or make unauthorized health or legal claims

Intellectual PropertyAll branding, texts, codings, media, and platform logic remain the exclusive property of Sloboda Holdings LLC and THE VORTEX. You retain rights to your own inputs.

Limitation of Liability & TerminationTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sloboda Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or AI outputs. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms.

Governing Law & JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. To the extent permitted by law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida. Mandatory statutory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.

SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
